Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), and authentication data.

Content Data: Stories you create, images you generate or upload, and book designs.

Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Usage Data: Credit usage, transaction history, and service interaction data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our services

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with industry-standard encryption. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. Images are stored on AWS S3 with secure access controls.

AI-Generated Images: All AI-generated images are saved to your account so you can access them later. These images are stored securely and are associated with your account for retrieval and use in your storybooks.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)

• Supabase: Database and authentication (see Supabase's Privacy Policy)
• AWS S3: Image storage (see AWS Privacy Policy)

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect service functionality.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (as listed above) and when required by law.

Physical Book Orders: When you place an order for a physical printed book, the images for all book pages are shared with our third-party printing service to fulfill your order. This includes AI-generated images and any images you have uploaded. The printing service uses these images solely for the purpose of printing and shipping your physical book.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your stories and content
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for users 18 years and older. While our content is designed for children, the account holder must be an adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, after which your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.
